Melia Sunny Beach All Inclusive

Another excellent stay in the Melia. Stayed here in September, and again now in May. Everything was excellent again. The hotel even knew that we had returned again, very nice touch. The food was excellent and perfect. It matches any luxury hotel in terms of quality. The coffee and water machine on each floor is a bonus. This year, the room key cards are now on arm bands, and this works out to be alot better and very convenient when needing to pop back to the room, and not having to worry about physical key cards. The entertainment team are also excellent. There are always lots of activities during the day. Big shout out to Ricardo on entertainment (might have got the name wrong) he was excellent. And the manager of the hotel (the German man) very nice man and has everything under control, didn't get chance to say goodbye as rushing for taxi, but we'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful family vacation, and everything was just awesome! The hotel is great, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. Everyone was eager to help with any question or request. The pools are great, lots of music, fun and children facilities. The hotel has a private beach located within 5 min walk, serving drinks, ice cream and panini sandwiches during day. I want to give special thanks to Dara from Reception A – she helped us a lot during our vacation, was very pleasant, and kind!

A large and spacious room with a wide balcony. Good service, good food, great facilities, and kind people. The hotel is centrally located with direct access to Sunny Beach’s main promenade, and just a one-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has its own designated area on the beach with sunbeds, a lounge offering soft drinks, ice cream, and more. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and needs for this vacation perfectly. Very helpful staff. Lots of activities for children. The dining rooms are varied and cater for everyone. Even beyond the operating hours of the dining room, there is always plenty to eat and drink. The rooms are very clean and large.

Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation
